WELCOME TO IAEC

Islamic University of Technology (IUT) started its journey as an international academic institution and was centered on providing engineering and technical education to mainly expatriate students. However, as a foreign student, you might be interested in starting or continuing your studies at IUT. Whether you are here as an exchange student or simply wish to register yourself as an IUTian, your mind is probably racing with questions like: What are the steps that I need to follow before coming, how can I prepare myself, what services and facilities do I have access to? What about academic and linguistic support? If that's the case, well, our mission is to ensure that the International talented students get the most out of their journey in IUT. Provided that the number of host country students increased at a very high rate due to its high-quality education, especially in the last decade. Accordingly, the current administration put emphasis on the services to the expatriate students and staffs, international collaboration and student/faculty exchange programmes. Therefore, the administration established the office of international affairs and external communication (IAEC) on 15 January, 2021.
