The office of the International Affairs and External Communication (IAEC) serves a variety of functions on campus. Our most essential and favorite duty, is to assist new coming international students or prospective exchange students through their journey in IUT. With a focus on exceptional student service, genuine caring, and immigration expertise of our staff members, we seek to provide a welcoming space for international students. International students often face particular cultural adjustments, which IAEC staff members are aware of. We've all lived or traveled abroad, and we definitely know how difficult is to adapt to a new environment.

Vision and mission
WELCOME TO IAEC
Islamic University of Technology (IUT) started its journey as an international academic institution and was centered on providing engineering and technical education to mainly expatriate students. However, the number of host country students increased at a very high rate due to its high-quality education, especially in the last decade. Accordingly, the current administration put emphasis on the services to the expatriate students and staffs, international collaboration and student/faculty exchange programmes. Therefore, the administration established the office of international affairs and external communication (IAEC) on 15 January, 2021. The office of IAEC is expected to get its formal recognition soon
